Awesome hotel, a stones throw from Destiny mall. Clean, cute rooms. Kids enjoyed the pool the most! Dinner and bar downstairs, they bring food to the room as well. Fitness center next to pool. Complimentary breakfast is always a plus

We love staying at Embassy Suites, but this one needs a refresh. Our couch in our room had a lot of stains on it, we did not want to sit on it. The service at the front desk was a little slow. It just did not seem to have enough staff to handle all the customers. Great location and we attended a wedding. The food was incredible!

I expected it to be luxury but it was pretty dirty. The lobby seats are filled with stains. The rooms are not white gloves clean. The complementary drinks were watered down. The breakfast was very good. The made to order omelets are adorable and delicious.

Kitchen staff were sweet, especially at breakfast. Front desk were nice but didn't seem as proactive; might have been a busy weekend for them and they were playing catch up. The stay was very good. Location is excellent and ease of access to other parts of Syracuse was a key advantage.

After being left completely stranded by Best Western due to an accessibility failure, Embassy Suites by Hilton truly stepped up and saved the day. From the moment we walked in, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my family was taken care of and that our accessibility needs were met without hesitation. They found us a room right away, treated us with kindness and professionalism, and turned what started out as a very stressful experience into a positive one. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and welcoming, but most importantly, they understood how critical accessibility is and handled it with care and respect. Thank you, Embassy Suites, for your outstanding service you’ve earned our loyalty, and we will absolutely be staying with Hilton properties in the future.

Stayed at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Syracuse Destiny USA and had a really solid experience overall. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and super convenient—being right next to Destiny USA is a big plus. Rooms were spacious, the common areas were well kept, and the staff was friendly and easy to deal with. The real highlight, though, was breakfast. The omelet station absolutely made the morning, and the omelet guy deserves special credit. He was fast, friendly, and somehow managed to keep a great attitude while cranking out perfect omelets for a full crowd. Made everyone feel welcome, remembered orders, and clearly cared about doing a great job. That kind of energy sticks with you and sets the tone for the day. Would definitely stay here again—and not just for the location, but for the people who make the experience better than expected.

One of the nicest hotels I've stayed at in a bit. The room was awesome. The shower was decent. The location is excellent provided you aren't looking to stay right in downtown Syracuse. Its right off the highway and the mall across the street is pretty big. I enjoyed the two free happy hour drinks they give you. The best thing about this hotel is the breakfast. The food is top notch. The bagels came from New York City and were very good. They use real eggs for the scrambled eggs not that liquid junk. And there is a lot to choose from on the buffet. I can't wait to stay here again

I loved the nice location next to the mall and how good the service was. The rooms were very comfortable, and the breakfast buffet was very delicious. We enjoyed going to the mall, whick was a good expierience.
